TOPIC: Supreme Court Roundup! A review of the blockbuster cases coming to the United States Supreme Court this term, including issues of religious liberty, the administrative state, copyright protections, Obamacare and the Mueller report. What are these cases about and how could their outcome effect you?  We will also review how cases get to the Supreme Court and how the Court will likely change with newly installed Justice Amy Coney Barrett.

ABOUT DANIEL GERMAIN: Dan is a trial attorney with more than 30 years of experience.  He has handled numerous cases to bench and jury verdicts.  Dan has argued extensively in the Court of Appeal and has broad experience with post trial remedies.  Although Dan handles all types of civil litigation, he has extensive experience prosecuting complex class and representative actions.
