ABOUT STEVE KELEMAN: Steve retired almost 14 years ago having worked in the fields of organization development and corporate training with a focus on improving the performance of individuals, teams, departments and organizations. Since then, he has consulted with companies in various fields. The breadth of work for both internal and external clients has permitted Steve to understand issues organizations face. He brings to companies skills in strategic planning, team development, and performance improvement. Currently, he works with startups to clarify their purpose and mature organizations to establish new directions in both profit and non-profit sectors. Steve coaches job seekers and Rabbinic students to obtain new positions. He teaches management and team classes at UCLA Extension – for nearly 30 years.

That brings Steve to share what he has learned from helping young people to obtain jobs when he was referred by their parents – always confidentially.

Steve loves Or Ami and our clergy and volunteers frequently. Most important are his wonderful wife, two children and two grandchildren. He has a guinea pig frequently seen at Zoom meetings and a new COVID dog Angel.
