We conclude the Holy Days cycle by returning again to the beginning of Torah. With the help last year’s B’nai Mitzvah students, we read the end of the Torah, rolling Torah back for a new beginning. Joined by Israeli exchange students, Rabbi Kipnes, Cantor Cotler and Rabbi Weisz lead us in celebration. In addition, 4th-6th grade students receive their siddur (prayerbook) which will be used at their Bar/Bat Mitzvah services

CLICK HERE TO RSVPAdult B'nai Mitzvah students meet weekly to study Hebrew and the meaning of the prayers with our teacher Diane Townsend. Once monthly, they join other adults for a Torah study with Scholars (led by our Rabbis, interns, and guest scholars). Students also attend the Or Ami speaker series.
