Video Contest! Announcing the Congregation Or Ami video contest

One First Prize
$300 scholarship to any Or Ami, NFTY, BBYO, Jewish Camp event

Two Second Prizes
$180 scholarship to any Or Ami, NFTY, BBYO, Jewish Camp event

Prizes, from the Rabbi Kipnes Discretionary Fund, will be split evenly between the videographers, if more than one person made the video. Winners will be determined by a panel of impartial judges. 

We are seeking the best, most creative 1-2 minutes youth created videos which respond to the prompt: “Why Congregation Or Ami is my/our (second) home”

Entries must be:
Shot in landscape orientation
Focus on the teen or youth experience
May include (but go deeper than) making friends
Reference Jewish or Judaism
Be visually pleasing
Speak to youth but also engaging to parents 
May not use copywritten music or images

Contest is open to any 7-12 grade youth who is the child of a current Or Ami partnership family (not open to non-members).  

Submissions become the sole property of Congregation Or Ami and may be posted by Or Ami at its own discretion on social media, websites, at synagogue events and other public and private showings. Prize winners must submit permission waivers (provided by temple) signed by all who appear in videos.
