Livestream High Holy Day ServicesHHD 3 clergy and babyThe High Holidays are a time for introspection, inspiration, and reconnection. At Or Ami, we combine inspiring music, meaningful reflections on contemporary spiritual issues, and quiet time for self-assessment and renewal. A worshipper recently remarked, “I never knew that High Holy Day services could be so engaging and uplifting! The music was contemporary; the sermons were thought-provoking. The integration of social media and TED-talk-like personal stories was inspiring.

Our High Holiday services are held at Thousand Oaks Performing Arts Center, except for Yom Kippur Family and Neilah services which are held at Congregation Or Ami. We welcome you to join us in celebrating and observing Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Tickets are required for evening and morning services on both Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur. Family services and Yizkor Memorial services do not require a ticket.

Our services are unique, contemporary and traditional! One worshipper exclaimed, “I Feel Uplifted! Why do I feel so happy and inspired?”

Congregants will automatically receive information to order their complimentary High Holiday tickets online for each family member (under age 23) of their household. Please do so quickly so we can get your tickets to you ahead of time.
HHD Rabbi Paul and happy congregants

If you are not yet a congregant at Congregation Or Ami and not yet ready to make that commitment, we are pleased to offer two different ways to join us. First, you may purchase High Holiday tickets and if you decide to join the congregation shortly after the holidays have ended, we will apply the ticket costs toward your partnership financial commitment. Please contact our office staff for details. Or you may join us for our complimentary Family Services and/or Yizkor Memorial Services.

We look forward to sharing wonderful High Holidays together.
